PCBA
BAYA-Zicon utilizes the production technology to assemble your product efficiently and effectively. Our specialty is low to medium volume, high complexity and/or high reliability assemblies compliant with a wide range of standards including IPC 610 Class 2 and Class 3.
QUICK TURN PROTOTYPING

ENGINEERING SERVICES

Such assistance allows our customers to transform a good design into a product that is well-documented, controlled, producible, as well as reliable, stable and ready for electrical testing. This, in turn, affirms our commitment to manufacture at any time with the same production means, using the same processes and achieving the same quality.
CONFIGURATION CONTROL
We will compile your Device Master Record (DMR) and keep a record of it in our advanced IT systems. The DMR shall include all production and component drawings, with close attention to professional configuration management (i.e. revision and ECO management). The DMR will be used continually during the product’s entire life cycle, ensuring the product’s quality and reliability
SMART COMPONENT ENGINEERING
Our component engineering capabilities incorporate technical engineering knowledge with extensive experience in procurement and logistics. This combination enables us to recommend substitute components to our customers. It also allows us to select the most suitable parts for the products, while considering technical, cost and availability aspects – sometimes as early as during the product design stages.
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
It is our responsibility to ensure that the printed circuit design is optimally achieved and suitable for production. We will verify that the product can be efficiently assembled and fully complies with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the inclusion of production engineering at the early design stages prevents faults and reduces difficulties during mass production.
TEST ENGINEERING
We will plan your product’s testing strategy, including In-process and Final Functional Tests, thereby verifying that your product has been completely and efficiently tested.

AFTER MARTKET SERVICES
